What is a titanium coating?
The titanium coating is a film added directly to the neoprene prior to the outer material being laminated, this film allows body heat to be redirected back to the body, closed cell wetsuits do not allow the neoprene to attach to the skin allowing water to circulate around the suit, this is ideal in summer conditions but without the titanium coating cold spots are more problematic. The titanium coating allows the internal water spots to heat up quickly eliminating continuous cold spots.
